Oh Well, That’s Just Grate…

Need a Way Out?!

Do the building codes in your area require residential basements to have an escape window? If the answer is yes, then you should be supplying the contractors in your area with SureBuilt window wells and accessories.

Window Wells allow air, sunlight and access to a basement or below-grade space by acting as a barrier to the surrounding backfill. Each corrugated well is made using 18-gauge galvanized steel for durability and corrosion resistance. The top and bottom edges are formed and rolled over to eliminate sharp edges and support a person standing on a ladder or grate.

HD Egress Ladders are designed for emergency situations. The ladder can be used to escape from the basement or as an access option for emergency personnel. The hooked ends of the ladder hang over the rim, supporting the ladder inside the well. IRC code requires ladders in wells deeper than 44”. The HD Egress Ladders are available in 4’, 5’ and 6’ heights.

Grates keep people and objects from falling into the well. The grate is made of rolled angle iron steel, and welded steel safety bars. Premium mesh grates are also available to keep leaves and other debris out of the well.

Bucks are positioned and braced in the forms before the concrete is poured. Each buck has four built-in form tie slots. A basement window is installed in the opening created by the window buck.

Pipe Dream?

Or Pipe Reality!

Are you tired of listening to other suppliers “explain” why it takes so long to get pipe braces delivered? Do you find it hard to believe that other suppliers can be ten or more weeks out on deliveries?

Stop waiting! We build more sizes, ship more often, and supply more jobs, than just about anyone else.

That should be your new reality! Call for the Pipe Braces you need.

Adjustable Pipe Braces have a telescoping pipe for rough dimension and a 6” threaded connecting shoe for final adjustment and anchoring. There are three sizes of Adjustable Pipe Brace, ranging from 7’-6” to 40’-0”.

Fixed Pipe Braces are a standard length with an 18” threaded connecting shoe for final adjustment and anchoring. There are four sizes of Fixed Pipe Brace, including extensions, ranging from 16’-6” to 32’-9”.

Heavy-Duty Fixed Pipe Braces are a larger diameter pipe that provides greater capacity. There are three sizes of HD Fixed Pipe Brace, ranging from 31’-0” to 52’-6”, plus an optional 10′ extension for a 62′ length.

Be a Concrete Form Panel Expert!

A handset panel is the most economical, the most versatile, and the most efficient way of forming large or small projects!

Here are just a few of the more noteworthy features you should be sharing with your customers:

Rated 1000 PSF System
With nearly 20% more weld contact, SurePly side rails, end rails and crossmembers hold up better and need far less repair, than other brands.

Full 2” Crossmember
A full 2” crossmember provides 45% more plywood contact area compared to the 1-3/8” crossmember of other brands. More support reduces “pillowing” for a better finish.

Additional Dado Slots
Four more dado slots along each side rail provides alternate tie and hardware locations – particularly valuable when stacking or “stepping” forms.

Paint Options
Forms are available in 12 standard baked-on colors, which is ideal for company branding and/or identifying rental fleets. Custom colors on request.

Baked-On Powder Coat
The smooth, extra tough baked-on SurePly form finish provides easier cleaning and more long-term protection than dip-tank painting, common with other brands.

Long-Lasting Birch Plywood
All SurePly panels and fillers include 1/2″ Birch plywood. This hardwood species, 9-ply design and 220/220 overlay provides a sturdier and longer-lasting form face.

More Productivity
Two 2×8 panels are the equivalent contact area of a 4×8 sheet of plywood, yet they can be moved, placed, tied, poured and stripped 75% faster than job-built forms.

Form Renovation Service
Renovation options include plywood removal, shot-blasting and painting. These “like-new” frames are then refaced to customer specification.

I Mean a High Chair!

When your customers need High Chairs, start with SureBuilt.

We have chairs that meet almost every project spec. Just give us the quantity, size and finish so we can get started on your order.

We have sizes from 1″ to 12″, in 1/2″ increments, with any fractional height in between.

We have Plain, Plastic-Dipped or Plastic-Tipped (pictured). We can also provide an optional epoxy coating or galvanized finish.

We designed the High Chair legs to span and straddle lower bars, while “cradling” upper bars at the specified elevation.

We spot-weld the chair legs to resist bending, maintaining proper concrete cover while supporting the rebar.
