Precast Products

The precast products are generally identified as Coil Inserts and related hardware, Ferrule

Inserts and related hardware, Ring-Lift Anchors and related hardware, Uni-Lift Anchors and

related hardware, Easy-Lift Anchors and related hardware, Cable Loop Anchors and other

precast accessories.

This document certifies the Precast products identified above have been manufactured and

tested in accordance with a Quality Control Plan established by SureBuilt. These products

meet or exceed OSHA 29 CFR 1926.704 compared to the published SureBuilt load ratings.

This document further certifies each manufactured product can be related to an individual

Quality Control Plan established by SureBuilt.

The rated capacities are for the mechanical properties of the product only. The placement,

edge distance, embed depth, concrete strength, attachment device, sling angle, and rigging

consideration are not part of this Certificate of Compliance.

Surebuilt can supply product made in the USA, and supply the certifications stating made and

melted in USA, on request.
