SurePly™ Comparison Data Sheet

SurePly™ Comparison

SureBuilt panels and fillers establish the quality

standard for concrete forms

Form Production

Concrete construction professionals know that SureBuilt forms and

hardware are reliable tools… pouring more concrete, in less time, with

fewer issues. That’s because every panel and filler is manufactured to

meet or exceed the industry standard for productive forming.

The steel frames are welded robotically for consistent strength and

dimensions across all panel and filler sizes. The electrostatic paint

provides a smooth, durable and more weather-resistant finish.

The very best form faces are selected for maximum re-use.

Form Renovation

Renovation service includes plywood removal, inspection, repair,

shot-blasting and painting. Frames are then refaced with standard

1/2” Birch plywood, optional 1/2” HDO plywood or alkus® composite.

SureBuilt panels and fillers set the

quality standard for concrete forms.

03/26Full 2” Crossmember

A full 2” crossmember provides 45% more plywood contact area compared to the 1-3/8” crossmember of other

brands. More plywood backing reduces deflection or “pillowing” for a better concrete finish.

More Dado Slots Per Panel

Four more dado slots along each side rail provides alternate tie and hardware locations – particularly valuable

when stacking or “stepping” forms.

1000 PSF System

With nearly 20% more weld contact, SurePly side rails, end rails and crossmembers hold up better, with far

less repair, than other brands.

Standard Paint Colors

Forms are available in your choice of 12 standard colors, which is ideal for company branding and/or

identifying rental fleets. Custom colors are available on request.

Electrostatic Paint

The smooth, extra tough SurePly form finish provides easier cleaning and longer-term protection than ordinary

dip-tank painting common with other brands.

Long-Lasting Birch Plywood

All standard SurePly panels and fillers include 1/2” Birch plywood. This hardwood species and 9-ply design

provides a sturdier and longer-lasting form face.

HDO Plywood

1/2” HDO plywood is readily available throughout North America and often a customer preference. This

optional face can be installed in SurePly panels and fillers on request.

alkus® Composite Face

An optional alkus composite face, consisting of a sealed surface and aluminum core, eliminates deflection and

lasts 10x longer than any plywood.

Complete Form Renovation

Renovation includes plywood removal, inspection, incidental repair, shot-blasting and painting. These “like-

new” frames are then refaced with 1/2” Birch plywood, 1/2” HDO plywood or alkus® composite.

Dealer/Contractor “Sales Conflict”

We don’t sell direct! Stop competing with your own supplier on big projects, while at the same time being

required to service smaller contractors. At SureBuilt, we help make YOU successful.
