Straight Leg Anchor
Straight Leg Anchor
An insert designed to efficiently handle, rotate and ship
precast panels
The size of the legs, shape of the feet, and position of
the anchors provides greater lifting capacity without
the need for additional rebar. This, of course, saves
time during precast forming operations.
The Straight Leg Anchor design also simplifies
handling, rotating and back-shipping the completed
precast panels. This saves even more time during
precast loading operations.
Once the void former has been removed, a standard
Ring-Lift Lifter is connected to the exposed anchor
loop. The capacity of the lifter should always match
the anchor tonnage (see table).
The Straight Leg Anchor
assembly includes the
anchor loop, formed steel
legs and disposable plastic
former. Optional reusable
formers, wide leg spacing
and/or plastic foot spacers
are available on request.
