Tilt-Up Products

The tilt-up products are generally identified as Ring-Lift System, SureLift (SL) Inserts and

related hardware, ProLift (PRO) Inserts and related hardware, Straight Leg Erection Inserts,

Brace Inserts, Pipe Braces, Lift Brackets and other tilt-up accessories.

This document certifies the Tilt-up products identified above have been manufactured and

tested in accordance with a Quality Control Plan established by SureBuilt. These products

meet or exceed OSHA 29 CFR 1926.704 compared to the published SureBuilt load ratings.

This document further certifies each manufactured product can be related to an individual

Quality Control Plan established by SureBuilt.

The rated capacities are for the mechanical properties of the product only. The placement,

edge distance, embed depth, concrete strength, attachment device, sling angle, and rigging

consideration are not part of this Certificate of Compliance.
